This page provides instructions for users who wish to delete their data from GRONIX.AI, as required by Facebook's App Review process.

📋 How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Self‑Service via Dashboard
- Log into your GRONIX.AI account
- Navigate to Settings → Privacy
- Click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm the deletion (irreversible)
This will delete all your personal data, conversation history, and associated metadata.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@gronix.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include your registered email address and we will process your request within 7 business days.
Option 3: Facebook‑Specific Deletion
If you signed up via Facebook Login and wish to remove only Facebook‑linked data:
- Visit Facebook's "Apps and Websites" settings
- Find "GRONIX.AI" in the list
- Click "Remove" to revoke access
This will disconnect Facebook from your GRONIX.AI account but retain your email‑based login.

- User profile (name, email, avatar)
- OAuth tokens (Google, Facebook)
- Conversation history
- Uploaded files & media
Retained (Anonymized)
- Aggregate usage statistics
- System logs (IPs removed after 30 days)
- Billing records (for legal compliance)
