GRONIX.AI collects only the minimum data necessary to operate conversational AI services and execute user tasks:

• Email address and account credentials for authentication
• Conversations and AI agent configurations (encrypted at rest)
• Anonymized technical metrics and platform usage statistics
• Integration authorization tokens (encrypted using AES-256)

Payment Data Security (LiqPay)

All payment transactions are processed through the secure LiqPay payment gateway (JSC CB 'PRIVATBANK'). The GRONIX.AI platform does not store or have access to full payment card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes. Payment security adheres to PCI DSS standards.
